I was just sitting rotting in my cube and came across this site. I was on the look for a cock ring recently and wanted a metal one. Today when i was cleaning the cupboard, i saw some metal coathangers and it struck me - tadaaa - make cockring from coathook, lol

As you can imagine, you won't need an engineering degree to make one. I found that all you do, is twist the metal till it breaks and knead it to size.
You should file any sharp edges, but most likely you won't need to.
Obviously, you should just overlap the two ends slightly when you complete the circle and then, using a piece of thin thread, tie the overlap together - it won't come undone without the overlap, if it is sturdy metal, but just in case.

There you have it, a perfectly good metal cock ring and it is awesome. And yes, it does look the part too... Sometimes the simple ideas are the best, haha. No cost, no waiting on shipping, magic.

While I'm all for saving some bucks, there are some things about making a metal cock ring yourself that are dangerous. So I'll add some safety notes:

• Make sure you have some kind of metal file to smooth down any rough edges. When you cut a hanger that metal can be very sharp, causing one to cut their genitals or partners genitals.

• Construct this ring with an easy to get out mechanism. I always advise against metal cock rings because if you experience sudden difficulties, metal can be very difficult to get out of in a hurry and you don't want to be putting metal cutters by your penis...ouchie.

The easiest and safest thing I can think of is a rubber O-Ring. Depending on the size of your member will dictate where you have to buy it. Get an accurate measurement the same way you would I guess if you were going to buy one from a store or a web site.
Possibly a plumbing supply or try the home center maybe they might have something to fit. Unless your a machinist I would stay away form fabricating anything out of metal. Your dick isn't tough as nails and if you've ever had a metal splinter you'll know why I say stay away.
