Well I can somewhat understand cause I have been doing it since the age of 14 nearly 7days a week sometimes twice a day(sometimes even more) and have been able to cum without any issues and more than once if I want to. I'm kind of in the same boat as you to be honest, if I choose to masturbate (the need doesn't really seem to strike me all that much anymore, maybe once or twice a week) by the time I'm ready to come my hand would be sore as fuck and my dick isn't feeling to great either. I don't know how frequent your sexual activity is, but for me I'm getting some on a very frequent basis and my lasting stamina has become quite strong, so when it comes down to it, my old right hand man just can't really cut it compared to what else I have available to me anymore.
