I recently switched to a new BC pill. I was experiencing, at least what i thought was, some spotting over the weekend, it stopped, and then it came back again today. The last couple of times I had sex since the bleeding, it was a little painful, and it burned afterwords, So I quit having sex... Now there is no burning, and minimal itching along with unexplained bleeding. Help.

You need to call your doctor ASAP that is the last place you want an infection not that there is any good place but you know what I mean. All your gonna get here is well intentioned advice and not a medical opinion

I know that I cannot receive medical advice here. I was mainly wondering if anyone had ever experienced this. I cannot go to a doctor, because I have no money and no Insurance. I bought a yeast infection meds kit, and the itching and burning has gone away, but I'm still spotting. I'm pretty sure its just because I started a new type of pills last month. Thank you. |

go to your local health department, or the place that you received your pills and tell them that you received your pills there and are having trouble with them. I know when I switched pills before they only gave me a couple of packs and I had to come back and they evaluated me to see if I was doing alright on them before they would give me the rest of the years supply. I have had trouble with types of bc pills, and your symptoms are some of what I was experiencing... I took it upon myself to stop taking my pills for a month or so (just to see if that would help, and it helped my symptoms all went away)... the next month I was taking a HPT and it was positive (best thing that could have happened to ME) but DON'T take the matter into your own hands. |
