hi i am 24 years old male. i have been masturbating(lying face downwards- at least thrice in a week) for last 10 years. i tried to avoid many times but i failed. are there any side effects in the future?  |

Other than a small chance for some lower-back pain as you get older (depending on how ummm... energetic you get), I see no issues. It is natural. It is normal. Damned near everyone does it. Hopefully you will be able to find a woman who is completely open about everything and not the occasional woman who thinks it is wrong. thanks for the replies, i just want to modify my question a bit- am 24 years old male. i have been masturbating(lying on the ground in opposite direction with the face facing the ground(free faller sleep position)-- at least thrice in a week) for last 10 years. i tried to avoid many times but i failed. are there any side effects in the future? |
