Answer: Veggies! About a year and a half ago, the woman who is now my wife moved in with me. She has been a vegan for over 7 years now and I decided to become a vegetarian to both support her and to live heart-healthier (a few years ago, I had a irregular heart-rate and am on a beta-blocker for it). At the time of her moving in I had a "normal" sized penis. About 5.5-6" long and deciently thick, like between 1.25 and 1.5" wide. Well, after about 10 months of vegetarian lifestyle we had a surprise one night. Ol' Pedro was bigger... Not alot, but bigger. We laughed about him being better excersied and got down to enjoying it. Well now I must not have any un-natural cholesterol in my blood stream, no reduction in the blood flow now! It's now about 8" long and a solid 1.75" thick, not counting the "knot" that sometimes now forms. And this is while still on the Beta-blockers, which tend to cause erectile-dysfunction as a side effect. All is not Beer and Skittles now though. Back in the "Pedro" days, I fit my wife perfectly in many ways... Now, in the era of "Kong", I fit less well. No more Oral beyond some licking and a bit of stuff with the head. No more Doggy or plowman or many other positions. Now it's just Missionary (when it's smaller) or CowGirl (when it's bigger) or a handjob (when it's too big). Now, not saying it will have this effect on everyone, but hey, living healthier is starting to look better, No? Evle |

Well not disputing what has happened to you is true or not but I would suggest a few things. Maybe get a new tape measure for starters and definitely search out some medical professional and report your findings to him or her. I am not a medical doctor but I am a scientist with a PhD and I am one who believes in facts not coincidences. Your penis may have gained some girth and length but almost 2 inches or better which is approximately 33% of your total length I would hardly call that a little bit. I have to say that is a first for me hearing such a claim but I'm not about to give up a T-bone or a nice old juicy burger to gain a little girth in my willie.

Budde; Believe me, I know how to conduct measurements. The Girth increase is an estimate, never measured circumfrence before, just width. The After measurement is both width and circumfrence. However, the length was measured on the same ruler, over a period of severial years. The length increase was 2". It was not overnight, but a gradual process over severial months, in fact I don't know if the increase has stopped, but I really hope it has. It is often "too big" even now, I do not want anymore girth, length we can work around, but not girth. Before I switched to the new diet I was not the most heart-healthy individual you would meet. 28 years old, a farily heavy drinker and eating poorly as a student going for my BS in Biology. Now, rarely drink, 30 years old and eating better. Like I said, not saying it will work for everyone, just pointing out my experiences. Evle |

Being healthy will definitely help one's sex drive and performance, that's for sure. You may have had this girth and length for most of your life, but didn't notice it. A poor diet couldn't have caused poorer blood circulation and now that you're taking better care of yourself, your blood flow is better. With better blood flow, you get harder, stronger erections. So this is what you've been able to obtain all your life, but you weren't taking care of yourself and that was reflected in your erection. Besides surgery, the penis will not get any bigger. Pills, herbs, liquids, etc. you have what you have. Ann
