Hi I am an attractive 22 year old girl who manages a large sporting goods store. I have noticed several of the boys who work there checking me out quite a bit lately as it is summer and I have been wearing tight low cut tops that really make my boobs look amazing (they are enhanced as well) in to work. After the age of 18 it up to him and not his parents anymore, depending on what country you live in. I think its in your favor its a matter of doing so. If they are talking about your boobs chances are they really fancey you and they probably want you to give them a chance. But do be prepaired though for unexpected drama and gossip, where I work at I hear often about how some co-workers sleep with others and there sexual encounters. those storys are quite interesting. Just keep that in mind, he's probably a virgin just like me, if you mess with him your gonna rock his world and he's gonna wanna tell everyone about how awesome you are and word is going to spred like wildfire. its a man thing to go around and brag about it. Id only do it though If I was planning on leaving in the near future but thats me personally. Like do it that weekend that you are moving to the next job or something like that. I know if I was that kid like I be flattered! |

As long as you live in an area where 18 is the legal age, and he is 18 years or older, there is nothing that can be done legally based on his age. However, I would advice you strongly to consider your actions before taking them. Inner-office fraternization is generally discouraged by companies. If things "go south" - if you will - there is a chance that there could be repercussions in the workplace. Either unofficially (rumors, etc) - or officially (especially if you are his superior, which I am assuming that you are, since you said you were a manager - there could be disciplinary action.
