Vibes for clit stimulation tend to be pretty cheap (where I'm from anyway) I have a couple as I don't tend to 'go inside' when masturbating and focus on my clit. They're usually around £10, which I'm guessing is roughly $20? I'd reccommend the bullet as the best I've used but it's made by 'Rocks-off Ltd' which I think is a UK company. Might be able get one over the net though the batteries are a nightmare to track down!
