The technique we used was that we would be in the position of lying on our sides facing each other. Then she would raise one leg over me so my penis would be against her clit. She would ride me and use my entire shaft - not just the head. She would do this until orgasm then take me inside her and I would then stroke until my orgasm. So don't use just the head but the entire shaft and you'll last a long time.
