Q. Penis enlargement technique, I have seen a lot of advertising about increasing your penis size by inches and thickening your penis.

Some talk about pills while others talk about using natural stimulation. Will any of this work? I wouldn't mind being a little thicker and longer. I think it would make me feel better.

A. It seems that in the past few years the tables have turned. It has always been the women who have felt like they needed to have large breasts to be really sexy, but now, it's the men who have had need to be concerned. A big penis may make a guy feel totally manly and masculine, but really an extra large penis can be a little intimidating. Some women can not comfortably be penetrated by a long penis and some become quite anxious about taking that puppy totally into their mouths, thinking "You want me to deep throat that?!" So size shouldn't really be an issue, but it is. If you really need to do something about it, here are your options.

When it comes down to it, surgeries will cost you thousands of dollars and aren't totally safe or effective. Inflatable implants have also been used, but it sounds like basically a pump is inserted into your genitals and that doesn't sound very comfortable. There are also injections that you can give yourself about 15-30 minutes before sexual play and they usually last from 1-2 hours. But these injections make the girth of the shaft of your penis thicker, but not the head, so your penis can end up looking mishapen. These measures are very expensive and very drastic. Many doctors have said that once you have any of these surgeries performed, there really isn't any going back. If your penis doesn't come out looking the beautiful way you want it to, you may be stuck with it that way. There are easier and safer ways to go about making your penis larger.

Penis Pumps are a safer penis enlargement technique.Pumps can increase the size of the vessels, veins and stretch the wall of the shaft of your penis. An increase of about 2" has been reported. It is not recommended that you use a penis pump daily. If you do decide to use a pump keep the following in mind:

  • Consult a doctor if you experience any discomfort.
  • Discontinue if you experience pain or discomfort.
  • Use a minimum amount of vacuum pressure.
  • Be aware that using a vacuum could bruise or rupture the vessels in the penis, resulting in hemorrhage and/or formation of a hematoma.
  • Misuse of a pump may aggrevate existing medical conditions as Peyronies disease, priapism and urethral strictures.
  • Misuse could also result in swelling or serious injury to penis.

I would say that if you want to try a penis pump, try a manual one like the Fireman's Pump. Since the Fireman's Pump is a manual pump, it's less expensive and you have to squeeze the pump to cause the vacuum, so it will be very difficult for you to overdo it. If you like the pump and want to try something battery operated or electrical, then you can move up to that.

There are also Penis Sleeves / Extensions that you can apply over your penis that will make your penis longer and thicker. They slide over the penis like a condom. I do believe though that for a penis sleeve / extension to work properly and stay on, you need your penis to remain erect.

Along the same line of the Penis Sleeves are the PPA's (Prothetic Penis Attachments). It's a fake penis that you attach to yours. PPA's are for men who want to give their partner added pleasure by having a larger penis and/or for men who cannot sustain erections that satisfy their lover. When you purchase a PPA you do not need any other accessories, like a harness. A PPA can be used with or without and erection. The included straps help keep in place.

Another penis enlargement technique that will give you the appearance of a larger penis is to trim your pubic hair really short. If your pubic hair is long, puffy and all out of control, it sticks out farther from your body covering up the base of your penis. By trimming it real short, your pubic hair is not covering up your penis at all. If you have a bit of a beer belly or gut, you may want to think of dieting and exercising in order to slim down that gut. A big ole gut tends to make the penis look smaller too. I wouldn't put too much faith in pills and creams that would enlarge your penis. Yes, pills like "Viagra" will assist you in obtaining an erection, but I wouldn't trust the claim that a pill will make your penis longer or thicker. All in all, you should be proud of what you've got. These penis enlargement techniques may give you the appearance of a larger penis, but being happy with what you have will ultimately make you a better lover because you'll have more confidence in yourself.
